REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Date: 10-16-12 <br />Item No: 6 c. <br />Director Approval: Agenda Section: <br /> <br />Consent Items <br />Item Description: Approval of financial service fee transfer of funds for <br /> July, August and September 2012 (HF0118) <br /> <br />Requested Action <br />1.0 <br />Approve, by consent, the transfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for financial service per <br />contract requirements for July, August, and September 2012. <br />Background <br />2.0 <br />2.1The Contract for Financial Services is for a total of $5,173 or 5% of the HRA total <br />administrative Budget for 2012 of $103,241. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer <br />of funds quarterly after approval by the HRA. The total quarterly fee is $1,293.25.
