REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Date: 10-16-12 <br />Item No: 6 d. <br />Director Approval: Agenda Section: <br /> <br />Consent Items <br />Item Description: Approval of transfer of staff service fees for July, <br /> August, and September 2012 (HF0118) <br />Requested Action <br />1.0 <br />Approve, by consent, the transfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for administrative and staff <br />services per contract requirements for July, August, and September 2012. <br />Background <br />2.0 <br />2.1The Contract for Administrative Services that was approved by the HRA on January 17, <br />2012 is for a total of $ 8,828. The fee is prorated monthly with a quarterly transfer of <br />funds after approval by the HRA. The total quarterly fee is $2,207. The fee is transferred <br />from the HRA Fund to the Community Development Fund. <br />2.2The Contract for Housing Program Manager Services is for a total of $64, 000 for 2012 <br />as approved by the HRA on January 17, 2012. The fee is prorated monthly with a <br />quarterly transfer of funds after approval by the HRA. The total quarterly fee is $16,000. <br />The fee is transferred from the HRA Fund to the Community Development Fund of the <br />City. <br />2.3The Contract for HRA Executive Director Services is for a total of $20,551 for 2012 as <br />approved by the HRA on January 17, 2012. The fee is prorated monthly with a quarterly <br />transfer of funds after approval by the HRA. The total quarterly fee is $5,137.75.
