Purpose. The City of Roseville annually adopts a Fee Schedule which establishes the fees 82 <br />and charges for service for the City’s regulatory functions. The presence of a fee schedule allows 83 <br />regulatory-type fees to be easily identified in one document, as opposed to bei ng scattered throughout City 84 <br />Code. In addition, a fee schedule adopted on an annua l basis provides the City Council the opportunity to 85 <br />review fees for services in a comprehensive manner. 86 <br /> 87 <br />SECTION 2. Other Fee References 88 <br />By enacting this ordinance, all fee amounts previ ously established and contained herein are hereby 89 <br />amended as submitted. 90 <br /> 91 <br />SECTION 3. Authority 92 <br />The authority to enact the fees identified herein is established by City Code. 93 <br /> 94 <br />SECTION 4. Penalty 95 <br />Failure to pay the fees identified herein is subject to penalties and interest as established by City Code. 96 <br /> 97 <br />SECTION 5. Fee Schedule 98 <br />The 2012 Fee Schedule is as shown in Exhibit A . 99 <br /> 100 <br />SECTION 6. Effective Date.
