Much of the 22 <br />increase can be attributable to prior Council decisions or contractual obligations. Each of these cate gories was reviewed in greater detail in the form of decision packages 38 <br />at the October 15, 2012 Council meeting. 39 <br /> 40 <br />For each $100,000 reduction in the tax levy increase, th ere will be a savings of $0.41 per month for a 41 <br />median-valued home. 42 <br /> 43 <br />The Council has also adopted a preliminary HR A Levy of $698,471, an increase of $344,971.
