Motion passed unanimously. <br />Approve Minutes <br />Commissioner Groff moved and Commissioner Brisbois seconded a motion to approve the <br />August 15, 2012 and September 19, 2012 meeting minutes as amended <br />� Motion passed unanimously. <br />Public Comment <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Commission on an item not on the agenda, <br />the chair moved to the next agenda item. <br />Chair's Report <br />Chair Grefenberg reviewed � his report with the Commission. He was pleased that several <br />commissioners were able to attend the October 9 Constitutional Amendment Forum on Voter ID. <br />Commissioner Groff commented the information provided at the forum was valuable. <br />Commissioner Brisbois agreed and �g said the financial impacts of the ���� <br />Amendment were discussed. <br />Chair Grefenberg commented that the forum was front-page news in the Star Tribune, which <br />would create greater up blic awareness of this topic *^ *��.
