<br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Roseville City Council supports replacing the existing <br />CRWMO and SWRWMO joint power organization with a single new watershed district that <br />encompasses the same geographic boundaries; <br /> <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Roseville City Council supports the appointment <br />of initial watershed district managers by BWSR evenly represent all citizens within the watershed <br />with regard to geography and ideology; <br /> <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Roseville City Council supports cooperative <br />arrangements between agencies that maximize service and minimize cost and asks BWSR to <br />consider contractual arrangements with existing agencies to provide technical and administrative <br />support to the new watershed district. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Mastel and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Maschka, <br />Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall.
