<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Cit~ Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 'Z1' day of April, 1998, <br />at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall, <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9537 <br /> <br />EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Whereas, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City <br />Council shall establish compensation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a new compensation plan titled "Non- <br />exempt Plan" be created and that the implementation of the plan be consistent with the <br />former Clerical/Technical Plan. The Non-exempt Plan will consist of the following ranges <br />for 1998: <br /> <br />Non-exempt Level A <br />Classification: <br /> <br />$10.49-$12.34 <br />Custodian <br /> <br />Non-exempt Level B <br />Classification: <br /> <br />$10.79-$12.70 <br />Receptionist <br /> <br />Non-exempt Level C <br />Classifications: <br /> <br />$11.35$13.35 <br />Customer Service Representative <br />Office Assistant <br />License Center Representative <br />Golf Course Mechanic <br /> <br />Non-exempt Level D <br />Classifications: <br /> <br />$12.28-$14.45 <br />Senior Office Assistant <br />Police Records Technician <br />
