This can be the result of meeting City, watershed or 7 <br />wetland requirements. Includes rate contro l, water quality treatment, infiltration, 8 <br />and wetland mitigation. 9 <br />(f)(g) Roadway Reconstruction Project: This type of project involves removing and 10 <br />replacing the existing roadway bituminous, more than 50% of the concrete curb, 11 <br />the base materials, and oftentimes perfor ming utility work (water, sewer, etc.) at 12 <br />the same time. 13 <br />(g)(h) Roadway Maintenance Project: Perfor ming a Reclaim and Overlay, Mill and 14 <br />Overlay, or sealcoating of city streets. 15 <br />(h)(i) Short side: On a corner lot or multiple fr ontage lot, the frontage of a property that 16 <br />is shortest. 17 <br />(i)(j) Standard Street Light: str eet light installation that m eets the location, design and 18 <br />spacing of the City street light policy qualifying conditions de scribed in section 19 <br />IV. B. of the City Street Light policy. 20 <br />(j)(k) Total Project Cost: Project costs incl ude actual construc tion cost plus all 21 <br />associated overhead costs. The total cost of the associated overhead for a public 22 <br />improvement project would typically include city ad ministration, engineering, 23 <br />fiscal, legal, capital inte rest, right of way acquisiti on and contingencies. 24
