1 <br /> 2 <br /> 3 <br />Standard Agreement for Professional Services 4 <br /> 5 <br /> 6 <br /> 7 <br /> 8 <br /> 9 <br /> 10 <br />This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on the __1st__ day of ___January , 20 13, 11 <br />between the City of Roseville, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “City”), and _Tokle 12 <br />Inspections Incorporated , a corporat ion organized and existing under the laws of the State of 13 <br />Minnesota, (hereinafter “Consultant”). 14 <br /> 15 <br />Preliminary Statement 16 <br /> 17 <br />The City has adopted a policy regarding the selection and hiring of consultants to provide a 18 <br />variety of professional services for City projects. That policy requires that persons, firms or 19 <br />corporations providing such services enter into written agreements with the City. The purpose of 20 <br />this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions for the performance of professional 21 <br />services by the Consultant. 22 <br /> 23 <br />The City and Consultant agree as follows: 24 <br /> 25 <br />1. Scope of Work Proposal. The Consultant agrees to provide the professional services 26 <br />shown below (“Work”) in consideration for the compensation set forth in Provision 3 27 <br />below. The terms of thi s Agreement shall take precedence over and supersede any 28 <br />provisions and/or conditions in any proposal submitted by the Consultant. 29 <br /> 30 <br />A. Review electrical plans for sites and buildings; 31 <br />B. Provide all required on-site electrical inspection services in relation to 32 <br />each electrical permit; 33 <br />C. Retain all pertinent records and copies of permits and correspondence 34 <br />related to each permit and make them available to the City upon request; 35 <br />D. Have open office hours each business day during which the property 36 <br />owners and staff may work with the inspectors; 37 <br />E. Coordinate work (as necessary) with inspection work of the City through 38 <br />the Building Permits Coordinator. 39 <br />F. Provide an annual report summarizing permit activity. 40 <br /> 41 <br />2. Term. The term of this Agreement shall be from _January 1, 2013 , through December 42 <br />31, 2013, the date of signature b y the parties notwithstanding. 43 <br /> 44 <br />3. Compensation for Services. The City agrees to pay the Consultant the compensation 45 <br />described in Attachment B attached hereto for the Work, subject to the following: 46 <br />ATTACHMENT A
