A good example of the need <br />for collaboration might be the process of defining a park for Southwest Roseville, where not only is the <br />design of a park a key part of the process, but a site needs to be defined. In these cases, the meetings <br />might be the most interactive, allowing the public and stakeholders the opportunity to be more deeply <br />engaged in sessions that might be longer than in other levels of engagement. <br />Meetings <br />
