The statements tell them <br />exactly how many pounds the average house recycled for the month and <br />Library <br />how that compared to other neighborhoods. <br />Coming Events <br />One resident might get a statement, complete with a star, that reads, "You <br />Commodity Pricing <br />recycled 15% more than your neighbors." Another might get one, without <br />a star, that reads, "You recycled 35/0 less than your neighbors." <br />Classifieds NEW <br />The psychology is not complicated. <br />WRN <br />"Everyone thinks that they're above average," said Ruiz.
