<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the eighth day of June, 1998, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Wi ski, Mastel, Maschka and Wall and the <br />following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9558 <br /> <br />Resolution Amending Assessment for Three Parcels of Land Assessed for <br />Roseville Imp. No. ST-96-14 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Rose vi lie, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />I. The City ofRoseville on July 28, 1997 levied special assessments against the following <br />property for Improvement No. ST-96-14, identified as Resolution No. 9436. <br /> <br />PIN 04-29-23-32-0007 <br />PIN 04-29-23-32-0012 <br />PIN 04-29-23-33-0007 <br /> <br />$16,296.50 <br />$31,550.02 <br />$23,858.08 <br /> <br />2. The City also agrees that if the property owners have already made payments to Ramsey <br />County in excess of the above amended assessment amount that the City of Roseville will <br />reimburse the property owner for any excess. The property owner will receive credit for <br />any future payments due for prior payments made. <br />
