Vehicle trips on the local road network may actually decrease from the existing, <br />.� permitted restaurant, and the only source of impact to surrounding properties <br />would be the routing of vehicles to and from the pharmacy pick-up window, <br />�� which will be addressed by the zoning code's speciiic requirements for site <br />� development; <br />f. The proposed drive-through facility is at the north side of the building; this <br />- location does not face a public street; <br />� g. Vehicular ingress/egress related to the proposed drive-through facility is mare <br />than 200 feet from the nearest intersection and does not directly access any public <br />right-of-way; <br />�� h. The circulation and queuing indicated on the proposed site plan adequately <br />demonstrates that the drive-through facility will not compromise the safety of <br />��� pedestrians, cyclists, or other motorists; <br />� i. Speaker box sounds from the drive-through lane will not constitute a nuisance on <br />residentially zoned property or property in residential use because the drive- <br />. through lane is not adjacent to a residential property; <br />j. The drive-through canopy is proposed to be constructed from the same materials <br />as the primary building and with a similar level of architectural quality and <br />detailing; and <br />k. No additional buffer area or screening is required because the drive-through lane <br />is not adjacent to a residential property. <br />� NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />�, the proposed drive-through facility as a coN�iTloNaL usE at 2700 Lincoln Drive in accordance <br />�-- with Section § 1009.02 of the Roseville City Code. <br />.
