Attachment F
 e. Vehicle trips on the local road network may actually decrease from the existing,
. permitted restaurant, and the only source of impact to surrounding properties
would be the routing of vehicles to and from the pharmacy pick-up window,
 which will be addressed by the zoning code's speciiic requirements for site
 development;
f. The proposed drive-through facility is at the north side of the building; this
- location does not face a public street;
 g. Vehicular ingress/egress related to the proposed drive-through facility is mare
than 200 feet from the nearest intersection and does not directly access any public
right-of-way;
 h. The circulation and queuing indicated on the proposed site plan adequately
demonstrates that the drive-through facility will not compromise the safety of
 pedestrians, cyclists, or other motorists;
 i. Speaker box sounds from the drive-through lane will not constitute a nuisance on
residentially zoned property or property in residential use because the drive-
. through lane is not adjacent to a residential property;
j. The drive-through canopy is proposed to be constructed from the same materials
as the primary building and with a similar level of architectural quality and
detailing; and
k. No additional buffer area or screening is required because the drive-through lane
is not adjacent to a residential property.
 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE
, the proposed drive-through facility as a coNiTloNaL usE at 2700 Lincoln Drive in accordance
-- with Section § 1009.02 of the Roseville City Code.
. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: ;
 and voted against.
WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
Page 2 of 3
