The City is
requesting assistance in the review of the completed plans (and associated environmental site assessment
documents) along with observation and administration assistance during construcrion. General project
timeline anticipates review of planning documents this summer/fall and construction in 2013.
Bolton & Menk routinely represents Cities in support of their development projects, providing both up
front plan and environmental reviews as well as construction phase assistance.
