Based on our understanding of the projec� and our scope of work, the eslimated cost for our services is $19,480.00, which includes time and expenses, except the mortgage consent fees noted above. Our costs are summarized as follows: • Titic Services (Tille �ne ) • Survey Staking, Legal Descriptions, and ParceI Sketches (SRF} • Appraisal Services (Dan llwyer) • Review Appraisals (SRF� • Document Preparation, Ncgotiations, Morlgage Consents, File Submittal (SRF) TOTAL $ 600.00 $ 3,450.00 $ 6,80Q.OU $ 2,380.00 6 250.00 $ ] 9,480.00 We propose to be reimbursed for our services on an naurly basis for the actual time expended. Direct project expenses, such as printing, supplies, reproduction, ctc., will be billed at cost, and mileage will be billcd at the current allowable IRS ratc for business zzailes. Invoices arc submitted on a monthly basis for work performed during the previous month. Payment is due within 30 days. It is understood thal if the scope or extent of worlc changes or additional serviccs are requested, the cos� will be adjusted accordingly. Befare any out-of-scope or additional service work is inrtiated; however, we will submit a budget for the new work and will not hegin work until we receive autharization from you. STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS The attached Standard Terms and Conditions (Attachmcnt A), together with this proposal for professional services constitute the entire agrecmcnt between the City of Rosevillc and SRF Consulting Group, Inc. and superscdc all prior written or oral understandings. This agreement may only be amended, supplemented, modified or canceled by a duly executed wri�ten instzument.
