The study will look at the feasibility of <br />constructing the following improvements that were identified in the Twin Lakes AUAR lnfrastructure <br />Improvements Study, dated 2011: <br />• Project Improvement No. 5— Improvements to the Cleveland Avenue intersection with the Northbound <br />Ramps at I-35W. <br />� Project Improvement No. 6— Improvements to the Cleveland Avenue/County Road C2 intersection. <br />• Project Improvement No. 11 — lmprovements to the Fairview Avenue/Terrace Drive intersection. <br />• Project Improvement No. 13 — The completion of Twin Lakes Parkway from the Prior Avenue <br />roundabout to Fairview Avenue. <br />The report will generally identify the assessable areas that should be considered and the proposed assessment <br />amounts. The anticipated assessments will be veriPied by benefit appraisals. There will be a public <br />involvement component of the scope that will present the options and results of the study to property owners <br />prior to talcing this to the City Council for consideration. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Based on discussions with City staff, our project understanding and proposed scope is as follows: <br />1. Provide day-to-day project management and administration along with project coordination with City <br />staff. <br />2. Prepare for and attend [he following project meetings, and public involvement outreach; <br />a. A project kickoff ineeting with staff. <br />b. Up to four (4) meetings with staff to determine the appropriate assessable areas and potential <br />assessment methodologies and amounts for each of the three projects.
