A goal of this process is to rethink the Twin Lake <br />� 3F Redevelopment Area so as to make it a successful and positive benefit to the Roseville <br />� s community. As a result of the process, the City will be able to complete a new <br />envrionmetnal review document (AUAR) for the Twin Lakes area. <br />BUDGET IMPLICATIONS <br />�4c It is proposed that City Staff will manage the process. At this time, it is not expected <br />�4�; that an outside consultant would be needed to assist. There will be costs in regards to the <br />�4� public outreach portion of the project that has not yet been determined. <br />14: REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />No action is needed at this time.
