Mr. Brokke responded tiiat the U of MN uses the services af ASU. 3ohnson moved, Willmus seconded, authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to sign an agreement with Arizona State University to impl�ment the official Best Va1ue Procurement Method for the Park Renewal Program, as outlined in the RCA dated January 9, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $215,000, and pending final approval of the City Attorney. Mayor Roe asked that, as a resuli of tonight's discussion and additional provisions to include in the final contract, staff provide feedback to the City Council on those revisions. Councilmember McGehee expressed her personal interest in reviewing the re- vised contract to ensure the addition of those items discussed, such as the City's ability to purchase upgrades as they're implemented by ASU. Lonnie Brokke, directed Councilmember McGehee to that language alrcady in- cluded in the scope of the current contract. Roll Call Ayes: Pust; Willmus; Johnson; and Roe. Nays: None. Discussion of City Council Rules and Procedures Mayor Roe provided, as a bench handout attached hereto and made a part here- of, a page from the Minnesota Mayors Handbook through tlze LMC, entitle�, "Making Meetings Work," for reference by individual Councilmembers. Mayor Roe noted that there was no action necessary tvnight unless Councilmem- bers had recommendations; and further noted that this document could always be considered in the future. Mayor Roe moted that Councilmember McGchee was still worldng on potential rcvisions related to vidco presentations. Councilmember McGehee questioned the process for time-sensitive issues being brought forward by individual Councilmembers; and Mayor Roe reviewed the current rules in place and options to address such issues. Mayor Roe notcd that he 6ried to be flexible as he and City Manager Malinen were developing each meet- ing agenda.
