<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
<br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 28th day of January, 2013, at

<br />and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were
<br />received on Monday, December 17, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to
<br />law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville,
<br />Minnesota:
<br />1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
<br />contract with SAK Construction, LLC for $1,150,835.25 in the name of the City of
<br />Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications
<br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City
