6. Section 4.3.3 of the Original Contract is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br />"Except for the inspection meeting described in Section 3.3.29 which is <br />included in the Construction Manager's Basic Service Fee, if: a) the <br />services covered by this agreement have not been completed before <br />September 30, 2013 through no fault of the Construction Manager, and b) <br />the parties agree in writing to extend the Construction Manager's Services <br />beyond that time, extension of the Construction Manager's Services shall <br />be compensated as Additional Services using the rate set forth in Exhibit <br />B. The Construction Manager shall be compensated as set forth in <br />Original Contract and this Contract Amendment No. 1 through September <br />30, 2013." <br />7.
