38 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br />39 directed to enter into a amendment to the Public Improvement Easement and <br />40 Maintenance Agreement with United Properties for the public improvements associated <br />41 with APPLEWOOD POINTE OF LANGTON LAKE- Phase 2. <br />42 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />43 and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and <br />44 the following voted against the same: <br />45 WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
