1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 28th of January, 2013, <br />at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: . <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT <br />3040 HAMLINE AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 19, 2012, a report <br />has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the construction of public <br />sanitary sewer and watermain at 3040 Hamline Avenue, and; <br />17 WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />18 necessary, cost effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />19 connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />20 recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual <br />21 assessments for affected parcels. <br />22 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />23 ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />24 1. The City Council will consider the construction of sanitary sewer and watermain in <br />25 accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of <br />26 the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated <br />27 total cost of the improvement of $77,985.14. <br />28 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 25th day of <br />29 February, 2013, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:00 p.m. and the City <br />30 Engineer shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />31 required by law. <br />32 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />33 Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ <br />34 and and the following voted against the same: . <br />35 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
