D. Permits <br />Permits will be required from the following agencies for the proposed project: <br />Agency Required Permit <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency NPDES Erosion & Storm water <br />(MPCA) <br />Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) Storm water <br />Ramsey County Right-of-way Permit <br />Minnesota Department of Health Water Extension Permit <br />Metropolitan Council Sewer Extension Permit <br />During final design for the project, City staff will coordinate with each of the agencies to <br />ensure all requirements are met. <br />These lots are on Lake Josephine and are within the Shoreland District. Impervious <br />coverage for shoreland district lots is limited to 25%. A Rice Creek Permit will be <br />required for construction of the new private driveway and buildings. <br />The new construction will be required to meet Rice Creek Watershed District and City of <br />Roseville drainage requirements. <br />Project SS-W-13-10 Feasibility Report <br />11 <br />
