<br />EXTRACT OF MWUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 27th day of July, 1998, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9566 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT <br />FOR NORTH HEIGHTS LUTHERAN CHURCH <br />AT 2701 RICE STREET NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code identifies the process and <br />standards for issuance of an interim use permit in any zoning district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, North Heights Lutheran Church has requested an interim use permit <br />to allow the continued use of one 24' x 70' temporary building for office space at 2701 Rice <br />Street North, legally described as: <br /> <br />The South 10 acres of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 1, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, MN (PIN <br />012923440002); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the <br />request on Wednesday, July 8, 1998, and recommended approval of the requested interim <br />use permit subject to conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation on Monday, July 27, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council made the following findings: <br /> <br />1. The continued use of the existing temporary building for an additional three <br />years will not have an adverse impact on the public health and welfare. <br /> <br />2. The continued use of the existing temporary building for an additional three <br />years will not pose a threat to the public safety. <br /> <br />3.
