EXTRACT OF MWUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 27th day of July, 1998, at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall and the following were absent: None Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9566 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR NORTH HEIGHTS LUTHERAN CHURCH AT 2701 RICE STREET NORTH WHEREAS, Section 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code identifies the process and standards for issuance of an interim use permit in any zoning district; and WHEREAS, North Heights Lutheran Church has requested an interim use permit to allow the continued use of one 24' x 70' temporary building for office space at 2701 Rice Street North, legally described as: The South 10 acres of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, MN (PIN 012923440002); and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the request on Wednesday, July 8, 1998, and recommended approval of the requested interim use permit subject to conditions; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation on Monday, July 27, 1998; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council made the following findings: 1. The continued use of the existing temporary building for an additional three years will not have an adverse impact on the public health and welfare. 2. The continued use of the existing temporary building for an additional three years will not pose a threat to the public safety. 3.
