<br />years will not deter a permanent use at a later time. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that an interim use permit to allow the continued use of one 24' x 70' temporary <br />building for office space at 2701 Rice Street North be approved, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The general location and appearance of the temporary building cannot be <br />changed. If the building is replaced, the appearance of any new building <br />must be compatible with the permanent structures on the property. A <br />second temporary building would not be allowed on the site without an <br />amendment to this interim use permit. <br /> <br />2.
