The following related information is 2 included in your packet: 3  Public Engagement Strategy (dated January 17, 2013) 4  Implementation schedule (dated February 5 th , 2013) 5  Park improvement meeting schedule (dated February 5 th , 2013) 6 7 An important part of the renewal program will be an appropriate Public Engagement Strategy. Enclosed 8 is a guideline for the intended approach. 9 10 The implementation schedule spreadsheet includes the project location, project description and meeting 11 type and date. 12 13 The park improvement meeting schedule outlines a strategy and identifies meeting dates. 14 15 Using the Best Value business model with City Attorney and Arizona State University guidance, request 16 for proposals (RFP) have been issued for playground vendors and for the natural resource project 17 consultant.
