Failure to c <br />annual form by February 28 may result in removal from a commission or board. <br />201.06 ORGANIZATION <br />Attachment A <br />the <br />Each commission shall elect a chair and vice-chair for a one year term from amon, i��ointed <br />members. The cominission may create other offices if the Council, by resolution, empowers the <br />commission to do so. <br />201.07 MEETINGS AND REPORTS <br />Commissions shall adhere to an established meetin� schedule. Commissions mav cancel <br />meetings or call special meetin�s, as needed. Cominissions shall meet at least quarterl_y, with the <br />exception of the Police Civil Service which shall meet annually in Februar,v, and as needed. <br />At least once a year, each commission shall meet with the cotiincil to review the previous . e� <br />wark and to receive direction for the upcoming�year• <br />All re�ular meetin _ s� of a quorum of a commission shall be open to the public and conducted in a <br />public facilitv. All commission meetin�s are subject to open meetin_ l� <br />Commissions shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and shall keep a record of its <br />resolutions, transactions, and findings, which shall be a�ublic record. Minutes of the <br />commission shall be filed and retained bv the Citv. <br />201.08 RULES AND BYLAWS <br />Each commission shall use Rosenber�'s Rules of Oi-der. <br />Each coinnlission may adopt additional rules or b_ylaws as it deems necessary for the conduct of <br />its worlc, co�npatible witll the provisions of this cl�apter and subject to Couucil a�roval. <br />
