Approve Consent Agenda <br /> There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. At <br /> the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Bill Malinen briefly reviewed those items being <br /> considered under the Consent Agenda. <br /> a. Approve Payments <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the following claims and pay- <br /> ments as presented. <br /> ACH Payments $736,055.97 <br /> 68888 —69065 1,567,069.48 <br /> Total $2,303,125.45 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Laliberte; Etten; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> b. Approve Business & Other Licenses & Permits <br /> A revised Request for Council Action dated February 11, 2013 was provided as a <br /> bench handout.
