<br />273 Commissioner poneen asked if the Program Planning Committee should go from four members
<br />274 to three. She indicated if this change were made it would eliminate the notification process. She
<br />275 explained the Dialogue plannin� group was currently meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesdays and
<br />276 would be doing so for the next three months. She stated that she and Chair Grefenberg were
<br />277 serving on the Desi�n Team at this time.

<br />Commissioner Thao s� said she was no longer available for day meetings.
<br />Commissioner Singleton indicated he was willing to serve on the Program Planning Committee
<br />until May.

<br />289 Vice-Chair Brisbois commented the Outreach Committee met on January 26 and discussed goals
<br />290 for the coming year, notin� that the Committee questioned whether there were more effective
<br />291 wa,vs to reach the Communit� She added that it did not a�ear that the Committee had an. hin
<br />292 shockingly-different than the strategic goals outlined in the new Strate�ic Plan.

<br />Youth Engagement
<br />There was no report at this time other than the previous comments from the Youth
<br />Commissioners on planning the Essa,y Winners reception.
<br />League of Minnesota Human Rights Commissions (LMHRC)
<br />301 Ms. Curti ee��� � reported that the League of Minnesota Human Rights Commission
<br />302 Annual Meeting would be held on Saturday, February 23 at 12:00 p.m. at the American Red
<br />303 Cross Headguarters in Minneapolis. She asked if a member from the HRC, other than
<br />304 Grefenber�, was available to attend.
