City <br />Manager Malinen answered that it probably had been but would certainly be reviewed before the <br />Council adopted it. this had been completed. <br />Vice-Chair Brisbois suggested the Commission members review the document in further detail <br />and provide staff with comments, revisions or concerns. <br />Strategic Planning: Review 2012 Plan and 2013 Preliminary Plan <br />241 Vice-Chair Brisbois then toolc up this item on the Agenda (Item #7) originally placed later on the <br />242 agenda, aske�i� if the Commission had any comments or changes to the Strategic Plan. Some <br />243 Commissioners exnressed confusion as to the Plan's format. Since some members of the <br />244 Commission had not received their meeting�ackets until that da� s� Brisbois recommended <br />245 this item be � discussed at the March HRC meeting. <br />246 <br />247 Program Planning Committee <br />24g� n,,,.��,,o�o,-� � ,. �„�,,,.o n,.,.,.,-.,,v,� <br />249 Committee Chair poneen stated the Program Planning Committee had met with Ariella Tilsen <br />250 (facilitator ' for the Communit. D�ialo,gues on Violence), Megan Dushin, and <br />251 others. She indicated the City had received the Meadowlark grant money and that planning <br />252 ^^r„-�� had be u�n for two �g community dialogues tentatively scheduled at the end of <br />253 April and early May. <br />254 <br />255 �e Doneen said the communit. a�ge would be invited to these evenin dg ialogues, and <br />256 various stakeholders were also being invited to take part in plannin� these Dialogues, including <br />257 representatives from the Roseville Police Department and the Roseville School District. She <br />258 added that re�resentatives from the communityo uf inental health �roviders were also being <br />259 sou�ht to be added to the plannin� oup, the Design Team. <br />260 <br />261 Doneen � , . <br />262 stressed that the intent <br />263 was not to invite "talkin,g heads" or ex�erts to address Dialo u�e �artici�ants, but rather to have a <br />264 communit_y conversation with participants and stakeholders. Hopefully from these dialogues <br />265 some kind of future plan or actions would naturally evolve, reinforcin� a sense of community or <br />266 nei�hborhood connectivit� <br />267 <br />
