She requested staff call the roll. <br />Approve Agenda <br />Commissioner Singleton moved and Commissioner Becker seconded a motion to approve the <br />agenda as distributed. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Approve Minutes <br />Vice-Chair Brisbois requested the minutes from January 16, 2013 be postponed to the March <br />meeting to allow the Commissioners additional time to review the minutes, since at least three <br />Commissioners had not received the minutes until that dav. <br />Public Comment <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Commission on an item not on the agenda, <br />the chair moved to the next agenda item. <br />Old Business <br />Discussion, Evaluation, and Selection of Winning Essays: Commissioner poneen thanked the <br />Commission members for reading and scoring the student essays. She appreciated the fact that <br />the members had completed the work and sent in their scores to staff. She questioned how the <br />HRC would like to proceed with selecting the winners. <br />
