EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereo f, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, 1 County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on 18th day of March, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. 2 3 The following members were present: ; and and the following members were absent: . 4 5 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 6 7 RESOLUTION NO. 8 9 RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON 10 COUNTY ROAD D BETWEEN LEXINGTON AVE AND VICTORIA STREET 11 12 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: 13 14 WHEREAS, County Road D between Lexington Ave a nd Victoria Street is a Municipal State Aid 15 roadway; 16 17 AND WHEREAS, such roadways are proposed to be reconstructed using Municipal State Aid funds 18 and the reconstruction of such roadways must conform to established State Aid standards; 19 20 AND WHEREAS, State Aid standard s do not allow parking on both sides of 2 lane roads narrower 21 than 38 feet; 22 23 AND WHEREAS, Dale Street will be reconstructed to a 35 foot width from Lexington Ave to Hafner 24 Street. Parking will be permitted on the north side and “no parking” signs will be posted on the south 25 side of the street. 26 27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Coun cil of the City of Roseville, that parking is 28 hereby allowed along the north side of County Road D between Lexi ngton Avenue and Hafner Street, 29 and prohibited along the prohibited on the south side of County Road D for that same street segment; 30 31 The motion was duly seconded by Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted 32 in favor thereof: ; and a nd the following voted against: . 33 34 WHEREUPON said resolution was d eclared duly passed and adopted. 35
