EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regul ar meeting of the City Council of the City 1 of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 18th day of March, 2 2013, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. 3 4 The following members were present: and the following were absent: . 5 6 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 7 8 RESOLUTION No. 9 10 FINAL ACCEPTANCE AN D MAINTENANCE FOR 11 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTR UCTED FOR JOSEPHINE WOODS 12 13 WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, certain public improvements were constructed to 14 develop a 28 lot single family residential development encompassed the vacant land in 15 the northwest corner of Lexington and County Road C-2. including the construction of 16 Maple Lane, Dunlap Street, sa nitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer improvements.; 17 and 18 19 WHEREAS, the Developer, Pulte Homes, is requesting the City of Roseville accept 20 ownership and maintenance responsibili ty of these public improvements. 21 22 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 23 ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work co mpleted is hereby accepted and approved; 24 25 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Engineer is hereby directed to issue a 26 proper order for the final acceptance and accept a two-year warranty for any work 27 covering the replacement or repair of de fective items commencing on March 19, 2013, 28 and expiring on March 19, 2015. 29 30 The motion for the adoption of the foregoi ng resolution was duly seconded by Member 31 and upon vote being taken thereon, the follo wing voted in favor thereof: and 32 the following voted against the same: 33 34 WHEAREUPON said resolution was d eclared duly passed and adopted. 35
