Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. Voting and Seating Order: McGehee; Laliberte; Et- <br /> ten; and Roe. Councilmember Willmus had previously advised that he would be unavail- <br /> able for tonight's meeting due to vacation. City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also pre- <br /> sent. Acting City Manager Chris Miller filled in for City Manager Malinen, currently on <br /> vacation. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Laliberte; Etten; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Mayor Roe announced that the City Council would be interviewing a final applicant for <br /> citizen advisory commissions this evening to be considered along with those applicants <br /> previously interviewed; and advised that a decision on those applications was scheduled <br /> for action at the March 25, 2013 meeting. The City Council interviewed applicant Philip <br /> Gelbach for a vacancy on the Parks & Recreation Commission. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> Kathy Ramundt, 1161 Laurie Road W,Representing Nextdoor.com <br /> Ms. Ramundt, via bench handout, announced an upcoming community meeting on Satur- <br /> day, March 23, 2013 from 10:00— 11:30 a.m. in the Roseville Library Community Room <br /> to explore ways to use Nextdoor.com. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br /> Councilmember Laliberte reminded Councilmembers and staff of the March 21, 2013 <br /> meeting of the Ramsey County League of Local Governments (RCLLG), at which a <br /> presentation will be heard from a representative of Ramsey County Homeland Security <br /> related to cooperative emergency management efforts. <br /> Mayor Roe provided a brief overview of a meeting held earlier today of an informal <br /> group of the mayors and city managers for five (5) area cities, who have met periodically <br /> throughout the last year on issues of common interest and of benefit to those communi- <br />
