<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has approved and affirmed the 1998 changes, <br />and has adopted the recommendations and revisions to the Comprehensive Guide Plan, after a <br />public hearing held on December 9,1998; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Roseville City Council hereby <br />approves and adopts the 1998 amendments (and appendices and adoptions by reference) to <br />the City of Roseville comprehensive Guide Plan, subject to review and comments of the plan <br />by the Metropolitan Council, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Manager and/or Community Development <br />Director are hereby directed to submit the Plan to the Metropolitan Council for review and <br />comment. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member <br />Goedeke, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, <br />Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, Wall <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) SS <br />) <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and <br />foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 14th day of <br />December, 1998. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 14th day of December, 1998. <br /> <br />ci~/y <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />Q:\Comprehensive Plan \Miscellaneous\Resolution12.14.98.doc <br />
