Motion passed unanimously. <br />Approve Minutes <br />Commissioner Brisbois moved and Commissioner Becker seconded a motion to approve the <br />January 16, 2013 meeting minutes as amended. Motion passed (Doneen abstained). <br />Commissioner poneen moved and Commissioner Groff seconded a motion to approve the <br />February 20, 2013 meeting minutes as amended. Motion passed (�Grefenberg <br />abstained). <br />Public Comment <br />There being no one present wishing to speak to the Commission on an item not on the agenda, <br />the chair moved to the next agenda item. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Program Planning Committee <br />Commissioner Groff thanked Chair Grefenberg for �g-a the Student Essa_y Contest <br />presentation to the Council this past Monday. He complimented the Youth Commissioners for <br />their efforts as well. He indicated he spoke with the families of the winnin� students �rwho <br />ex�pressed-appreciated the event. <br />
