<br />j.Plan for identifying a buyer <br />2.A Preliminary Application is considered to be received when delivered personall <br />prearranged meeting. The Preliminary Application will be reviewed within 5 working days by HRA <br />staff. If any concerns arise during this review, they will be discussed HRA staff <br />may reject or accept an application at its sole discretion. Note: If more than one application is <br />submitted for the same lot during the five-working-day review period, both applications will be <br />reviewed, and the application that best meets the program guidel <br />application fee will be returned to the Applicant whose proposal <br />3.The Preliminary Application will either be rejected or accepted after the 5-working-day review. If <br />the proposal is by a builder without an identified buyer, the builder must attend the HRA meeting to <br />present the proposal. If approved, the Contract for Private Development is executed by. <br />5.If the Preliminary Application is approved by the HRA, the applicant will be notified and asked to <br />complete a Final Application. The lot will be reserved for 30 calendar days and no additional <br />applications will be accepted for the proposed lot while the Final Application is being prepared. If an <br />applicant is using an architect, additional time to develop planff. <br />6.When all application documents have been received, HRA staff will review the application to ensure <br />conformance with Housing Design and Site Development Requirement <br />be asked to review for compatibility with the surrounding homes in the neighborhood. If any <br />concerns arise during this review, they will be discussed with tThis review will be <br />completed in five working days. <br />7.Builder or Buyer will need to execute a Contract for Private Development prior to the closing.
