PLANNING FILE 0017 <br />1 <br />Request by the Planning Division for approval of a ZONING TEXT CHANGE to several sections of <br />2 <br />City Code Title 10 (Zoning) for the correction of typographical and punctuation errors <br />3 <br />Chair Boerigter opened the Public Hearing for File 0017 at approximately 6:41 p.m. <br />4 <br />Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd briefly reviewed the request to correct simple errors in syntax, <br />5 <br />organization, and punctuation based on day-to-day use of the Zoning Code; as detailed in the staff report <br />6 <br />dated November 7, 2012. <br />7 <br />Chair Boerigter closed the Public Hearing for File 0017 at approximately 6:43 p.m.; with no one appearing <br />8 <br />for or against. <br />9 <br />MOTION <br />10 <br />Member Boerigter moved, seconded by Member Gisselquist to recommend to the City Council <br />11 <br />APPROVAL of the ZONING TEXT CHANGE as presented; based on the comments and findings of <br />12 <br />Sections 4-6 and the recommendation of Section 7 of the staff report dated November 6, 2012. <br />13 <br />Ayes: 4 <br />14 <br />Nays: 0 <br />15 <br />Motion carried. <br />16 <br />Anticipated City Council action is scheduled for November 19, 2012. <br />17 <br /> <br />
