Attachment A <br />Functionality <br />483) - The functional purposes of the System are to allow Roseville <br />49Police Department squad cars to: (i) wirelessly and without radio transmission <br />50receive dispatched calls for service from the City CAD System; (ii) to allow <br />51squads to transmit their status to the City CAD System; and (iii) exchange <br />52wireless messages between squads and dispatchers from the City CAD System <br />53without transmitting radio traffic. <br />54 <br />55C. Description of Connectivity Services. <br />56The services to be provided by the SPPD to Roseville under this Agreement area as <br />57follows: <br />58 <br />591) System Connectivity - The SPPD shall provide Roseville with connectivity and access <br />60to the SPPD-developed software used to manage police reports, commonly <br />Records Management System (RMS). <br />61referred to as the SPPD <br />Expiration of service agreements <br />622) - If any relevant City or SPPD agreements <br />63with service providers are scheduled to expire during the term of this Agreement, <br />64the SPPD will enter into similar agreements with other similar service provider(s) <br />65to ensure no lapses in services. <br />66 <br />67 <br />System support services (Maintenance, Helpdesk, Upgrades) <br />683) - The SPPD shall <br />69provide System maintenance, Helpdesk services and System upgrades <br />70(collectively “Support Services”) to the following degree and manner. <br />71 <br />72a) Regular Hours - Assistance from the OTC Unit Helpdesk during regular <br />73business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.), Monday - Friday, for problems <br />74with the System at 651-266-6767; <br />75 <br />76b) After Hours - On-call assistance, for only system critical problems for <br />77software provided under this Agreement, from the Records Unit Helpdesk <br />78staff for after-hours (M-F 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and weekends) or holiday <br />79problems with the System at 651-266-5713; <br />80 <br />81D. Ownership <br />82 <br />Hardware <br />831) - Roseville will own all hardware purchased by Roseville for the <br />84Connection to RMS. <br />85 <br />Software <br />862) - The SPPD will be the licensee of all software related to RMS. <br />87 <br />88 <br />89 <br />90E. Access <br />91The SPPD will not limit Roseville’s access without Roseville’s written consent, unless <br />92such limitation is necessary because of spam, viruses, cloning, denial of service attacks, <br />2 <br /> <br />
