One comment obtained was that due to testing <br />5o requirements and budget constraints, Roseville Area Middle School RAMS may have to stop <br />51 participating. <br />52 �s <br />53 Doneen also noted the RAMS was participating in the Maplewood Human Rights poster contest <br />54 in addition to the essay contest. One teacher suggested the essay contest be changed to allow <br />55 students to submit posters as well. She explained to the teacher that the essay contest rules were <br />56 established by the League. <br />57 <br />58 Chair Grefenberg �� su egg sted the Roseville HRC could approach the League to allow <br />59 essay submittals to be made in ���r�+�� poster format. Program Planning Committee Chair <br />60 Doneen added that after that discussion. the HRC could consider a boster contest. Motion passed unanimously. <br />84 <br />85 Committee Chair poneen then discussed the revised rating sheet and noted five points has now <br />86 been added for personal relevance to the rating sheet. <br />87 <br />88 Chair Grefenberg suggested personal relevance be worth more than five points. Commissioner poneen explained the reasoning behind assi�g <br />90 that criteria 5 points, a position with which Commissioner Brisbois a�r�� The Commission was <br />91 in favor of keeping the personal relevance at five points. <br />92 <br />
