He � said he would'�° r��-*���„�*�rrt �r raise that possibility at the <br />New American Forum in May. <br />Commissioner poneen recommended the Hmong club from the high school be invited to <br />participate. <br />Chair Grefenberg suggested the youth commissioners make contact with the minority groups <br />within the Roseville High School. <br />New Commission Brochure: Commissioner Becker presented the Commission with *�n <br />��rt-�L�T"'�����-^�-;-� the Outreach Committee's proposed new version. He stated <br />the language was updated to reflect the new mission statement, as well as the HRC's goals and <br />objectives. Each member of the HRC was listed on the brochure along with contact information <br />for ilhistrative purposes, for Chair Grefenberg and Commissioner Becker. <br />Vice-Chair Brisbois suggested the contact information be omitted and that there be a reference to <br />the City's website. <br />Chair Grefenberg did not oppose having his contact information posted on the brochure. He <br />requested comment from the City Attorney on this issue. <br />City Attorney Mark Gaughan stated under State Law contact information should be made public <br />with either phone numbers or email addresses as the HRC members were appointed officials <br />�+��;� of the City of Roseville. He indicated t�e��ttrtz Cit,y ordinances �do-not speak <br />to contact information for youth commissioners. Discussion ensued regarding proper notification <br />of telephone c-a�s numbers and/or email addresses � of Commissioners. r� .,,^� „^+°�' �'�^+ <br />C�.,Ff � ,- ,a;��,-;1.,,�;.,,, �,. �l,o o„�;,-v (`.,,V„ti,;��;�„, <br />Chair Grefenberg suggested the Commission members consider if they were willing to have their <br />contact information on the brochure and if so, to place this information on the sample brochure. <br />Ms. Curti expressed concern with having the contact information placed on the brochure as this <br />would change on a yearly basis. <br />Commissioner Becker responded that the brochure would be printed in small enou�h numbers <br />not to make this a si�nificant consideration. <br />
