The 2013 Fee Schedule establishes a park dedication <br />103 <br />amount of $3,500 per residential unit; for the four, newly-created residential lots the total <br />104 <br />park dedication would be $14,000, to be collected prior to recording an approved plat at <br />105 <br />Ramsey County. <br />106 <br />6.0PC <br />UBLICOMMENT <br />107 <br />The duly noticed public hearing for this application was held by the Planning <br />108 <br />Commission on May 1, 2013, after which the Planning Commission voted unanimously <br />109 <br />(i.e., 7 – 0) to recommend approval of the proposed ; draft minutes of <br />110 PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />the public hearing are included with this report as Attachment E.
