PO OLICYBJECTIVE 34 The Roseville Police Department seeks to enter into an agreement with the BCA per the attached 35 Joint Powers Agreement authorizing their Record Management System (RMS) provider Law 36 Enforcement Technology Group, LLC (LETG) to inititate installation of their eCharging adapter 37 with the understanding all funding for installation and implementation will be reimbursed by the 38 State of Minnesota. 39 40 The proposed eCharging adapter installation funding agreement has been reviewed and 41 authorized by Roseville’s City Attorney’s Office. 42 43 BI UDGET MPLICATIONS 44 There will be no budget implications as the State has agreed to fully reimburse all eCharging 45 adapter installation and implementation costs. 46 47 SR TAFF ECOMMENDATION 48 The police department recommends Council approval of the Joint Powers Agreement between 49 the State of Minnesota and the Roseville Police Department, allowing for the required City of 50 Roseville signatures, specifically the City of Roseville Mayor and City of Roseville Manager. 51 Approval allows RVPD to utilize their RMS provider LETG to inititate installation of their 52 eCharging adapter with the understanding all funding for installation and implementation will be 53 reimbursed by the State of Minnesota. 54 55 RCA EQUESTED OUNCIL CTION 56 The police department is seeking Council approval of the eCharging Adapter Installation 57 Funding Reimbursement Joint Powers Agreement between the State of Minnesota and the City 58 of Roseville allowing for the required City of Roseville signatures, specifically the City of 59 Roseville Mayor and City of Roseville Manager. 60 Prepared by: Sarah Mahmud Attachments: A: State of Minnesota Joint Powers Agreement Contract No. 0000000000000000000061269 B:LETG eCitations/eCharging Project Proposal Page 2 of 2
