4.28 Multiple family dwelling (MFD) recycling stations <br />The location of MFD recycling containers will be designated by the City <br />with agreement of the recycling Contractor and the MFD building owner. <br />MFD recycling stations will likely be a cluster of recycling carts and /or <br />recycling dumpsters. <br />4.36 Process residuals <br />The normal amount of material that can not be economically recycled due to <br />material characteristics such as size, shape, color, cross - material <br />contamination, etc. and must be disposed as mixed municipal solid waste. <br />Process residuals include but not limited to bulky items, contaminants, <br />sorted tailings, floor sweepings and rejects from specific processing <br />11 <br />
