Should the City Council (by consensus) determine that these proposed
112
amendments can move forward for adoption, the Planning Division would
113
continue the process with the Planning Commission. If there are concerns and/or
114
issues with any of the proposed text amendments, the Planning Division would
115
provide the Planning Commission with the City Council’s detailed concerns
116
allowing for consideration under the public hearing. Based upon the Planning
117
Commission’s recommendation, these items would either be placed on the
118
consent section (unanimous recommendation) or the general ordinance for action
119
section (less than unanimous recommendation) of an up-coming City Council
120
meeting docket.
121
OI/I/C
THERTEMSSSUESONCERNS
122
Lastly, on May 20, 2013, Councilmember McGehee sought to add a few items for
123
additional consideration these include tree preservation and open house
124
requirement for subdivisions.
