Attachment C <br />City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. ________ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SELECTED TEXT OF CHAPTERS 1001 (INTRODUCTION) <br />AND 1006 (EMPLOYMENT DISTRICTS) OF TITLE 10 “ZONING CODE” OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Purpose: <br />The Roseville City Code is hereby amended to eliminate the inadvertent <br />limitation of the size of motor vehicles that may be repaired in the Industrial District. <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 1001 is hereby amended as follows: <br />1001.10 Definitions <br />MOTORVEHICLEREPAIR:Therepairand/orreplacementofanypartorrepairofanypartincludingsuch <br />itemsastheengineheadorpan,enginetransmissionordifferential,rebuildingorreconditioningof <br />engines,bodywork,framework,welding,painting,upholsteringservicetopassengervehiclesand <br />trucksnotexceeding3/4toncapacity. <br />MOTORVEHICLEREPAIR,LARGE:Therepairand/orreplacementofanypartorrepairofanypart <br />includingsuchitemsastheengineheadorpan,enginetransmissionordifferential,rebuildingor <br />reconditioningofengines,bodywork,framework,welding,painting,upholsteringserviceto <br />passengervehicles,commercialvehicles(e.g.,vans,trucks,semisandbuses),andlargemachinery <br />(e.g.,constructionequipmentandfarmimplements)ofanysize. <br />SECTION 3.
