1005.06 Regional Business (RB) District <br />Statement of Purpose: <br />A. e RB District is designed for <br />businesses that provide goods and services to a regional <br />market area, including regional-scale malls, shopping <br /> ce buildings <br />and automobile dealerships. RB Districts are intended for <br />locations with visibility and access from the regional highway <br /> e district is also intended to: <br />1. Encourage a park onceŽ environment within districts <br />by enhancing pedestrian movement and a pedestrian- <br />friendly environment; <br />2. Encourage high quality building and site design to <br />increase the visual appeal and continuing viability of <br />development in the RB District; and <br />neighborhoods. <br />Design Standards: <br />B. <br /> oor facades that face or abut <br />public streets shall incorporate one or more of the following <br />features along at least 60% of their horizontal length: <br />a. Windows and doors with clear or slightly tinted <br />glass to allow views in and out of the interior. <br />Spandrel (translucent) glass may be used on service <br />areas; <br />b. Customer entrances; <br />c. Awnings, canopies, or porticoes; and <br />d.
