Movement of sweeping vehicles, garbage trucks, <br />maintenance trucks, shopping carts, and other service <br />vehicles and equipment is prohibited during nighttime <br />hours within 300 feet of a residential district, except <br />for emergency vehicles and emergency utility or <br />maintenance activities. <br />3. Snow removal within 300 feet of a residential district <br />shall be minimized during nighttime hours, consistent <br />with the required snow management plan. <br /> <br />
