Minimum Qualifications: <br />Minimum job requirements are an advanced education equivalent to a master's degree or specialist <br />certification in a related field, or equivalent and 11 - 12 years of related experience, or equivalent. <br />Physical Demands & Working Conditions: <br />The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee <br />encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Attendance at evening Council meetings and related <br />meetings is required. <br />The City Manager is responsible for diverse matters, many of which have deadlines and require <br />significant attention to detail.
