Document# 4015759 <br />Recorded 0312012007 1600 <br />County Recorder, Ramsey County, MN <br />1.3.2 201776 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 29`h day of January 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Kough, Pust, Ihlan, K and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10477 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH §1005.015 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />FOR CLEAR CHOICE PROPERTIES LLC AND WCL ASSOCIATES, <br />2216 COUNTY ROAD D (PF07 -001). <br />WHEREAS, WCL Associates (in cooperation with Clear Choice Properties LLC, <br />Property Owner) has requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow for the development <br />of dual tenant stand alone structure with a single land drive -thru in the northwest corner of the <br />property in accordance with § 1005.015 and § 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code; and <br />as: <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 2216 County Road D and legally described <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" <br />PIN 05- 29 -23 -12 -0002 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use permits, <br />which is as follows: <br />—5 <br />
